This is a cake I made for my Advanced Placement US History class. It was kind of a celebration that our exam was over...it was also part of a "bake-off" with another student. I obviously won (: The cake is chocolate on the bottom with chocolate filling, vanilla on the top with buttercream filling, and both cakes are covered with buttercream-I got the recipe here on cake central and it worked great (even tho i put in WAY too much vanilla...I thought tsp said tbs..oops!-but it still tasted fine).
