This is 12" cake iced in buttercream and topped with a fondant covered cake made from Wilton's skirt cake pan. I set a regular sized Little Mermaid doll inside the skirt pan and then added a fondant tail to make it look like she was sitting on a rock. The rock left plenty of room for a happy birthday message to my niece Rylee. My daughter tried her hand at making the fondant figures of Sebastian and Flounder.
