This is a cake I made for a colleague who was celebrating her 'unbirthday'. Hat is made of 2 fruitcakes stacked and cut into hat shape. Cheshire Cat cup is made from Walnut, Date & Honey cake with vanilla b/c filling. Hat and Cup covered with marzipan and then fondant icing.
