Mix of rolled fondant and fondant-dipped petit fours, decorated with gumpaste cherry blossoms and some royal icing piping. The bases fondant-dipped ones were also dipped in chocolate - my favorite part! I made 200 of these for my sister's wedding - AND a 3-tiered fondant cake. Never. Ever. Again!!!
