This cake was done for one of my daughters 4th Birthday...twins. She wanted all the characters from the movie on her cake...even the sea witch! The bottom tier was a rainbow cake, iced in buttercream. The top tier was double chocolate iced in ganache and both were covered in fondant. The decorations were made out of gumpaste and fondant. I was disappointed how my Sebastien, and Ariel turned out, but my daughter loved them! I want to thank mscrivener, and sweettooth 622 for a few ideas on my cake. Thanks for looking!!!
