I made this for a friend who was leaving her job to become a dog trainer. I went through many different ideas and actually had a totally different one until the night before when I decided it wouldn't look to good so had to make this quickly. The whole design was a bit rushed and I think it shows. This cake has really taught me how important it is for me to be organised and focused when making my cakes! All decorations are made from fondant, cake is chocolate with chocolate fudge icing.
