Carrot cake with cream cheese buttercream. This was my first attempt at a basketweave and the first time using this icing. The icing was very soft which made it hard for the basketweave to hold. It was a little droopy but my family loved it. Flowers, handle, and critters were made from gumpaste and fondant.
