This was a lot of work and I was so thrilled that I finished it on time, then as I was delivering it , it fell forward into the backseat of my van. I almost had a heart attack, this was a first time Disaster for me. The driveway was straight down and mixed with the fresh strawberries in between the layers of BC it slid forward. The monkey was my spin on one by mykidsarekillingme. The head, body and ears were all made out of rice crispy treats and covered with mmallow fondant and BC. This was one of my Favorite cakes until it fell. I repaired the best I could but will never forget how awful I felt about it, I also refunded half of the cost. So 2 days of work for the price of 1. Live and Learn NEVER put fresh strawberries with BC.
