This cake was inspired by many cakes on CC. My dad loves to mountain bike so I thought he would enjoy this cake. This was another learning experience for me. Next time I will use royal icing to hold glue the bike together. Its a good thing the bike was leaning against the cake because it was falling apart. A big thank you to my DH who helped me with the frame of the bike, rocks & trees. I apologize for the background in the pic, we were at a restaurant.
