Well this cake was made for the anniversary party of my best friend's fish market. The actual cake is velvet in 3 different colors and is also a checker cake, the size was 12 x 16 x 4. The shrimp, fish fillets, salmon, steak, and scallops are fondant, where the whole fish, clams, mussels, and the big eyed crab are gumpaste(the crab is stores logo). The techniques used to color the decoartions are airbrush and hand painting. TFL
