Last fall, I had the pleasure of creating Kaya and Will's wedding cake. The event was held at Deer Creek Golf Club in Ajax, which was a beautiful venue for a winter wedding I once attended but I must say, it is just as gorgeous in September. Kaya and Will wanted simple scrollwork piped on their buttercream iced cake with red roses for a pop of colour. Chocolate brown ribbon wrapped each tier and the couple's monogram was the finishing detail for this simple, yet elegant cake.
