Lots Technique use for this cake. The Flooded Collar .. you gotta work fast on this one. The Bridge base is actually 7 layers. The lines of the bridge is using tube #1, Laces - traced on to the wax paper and then put on top with slight angle. It's an old-school way to do cake and it's a lot hard work. Pheeyuuu... the hard work was worth it because i got and 'A' on this one! ha..ha.. :D
