This cake was for our friends daughter who was turning 4. She loves Ballerinas and Pirates and told us that she wanted a cake with both those things on it. The tiara was made out of royal icing, the ballerinas were cut out of gumpaste and the fondant was marshmellow fondant, but made out of pink strawberry flavored marshmellows.
