First Curly Bow

First Curly Bow on Cake Central

The third of the four cakes that I made for the last weekend was for my cousin's 30th birthday. I didn't have the energy or time left to make new fondant for this one, so I made chocolate cream cheese frosting, and as so often I couldn't get it smooth. Is there a trick to getting smooth frosting??? Suggestions anyone? I made the loops and curls from the first selfmade fondant that I didn't have to toss in the bin. I'm so happy that it finally worked! YAY! And I like how it turned out in the end. My cousin loved it... and my always sceptical aunt was actually impressed. yes! TFL
