Haley Davidson Logo cake covered in black fondant. Cake underneath is a 4 layer lemon jell-o cake with alternating filling of raspberry whip and butter cream. Outside is iced with butter cream flavored with creme bouquet. I had some issues with my air brush and didn't think I was going to get it airbrushed in time before the client came to pick it up. Thank God for husbands! I finally had my husband take a look at it and he figured out the problem and I was back in business. That dumb airbrush stressed me out for the whole afternoon! The logo on top was made out of gum paste and I made it at the beginning of the week so it could dry out. Flames were made from a combo of gum paste and fondant.
