Quinceanera Cake for a very special girl. 3 tiers 6 inch each tier. Flavors were Banana Caramel cake, White Almond w/Chocolate Ganache and my Strawberry Swirl and Cream Cheese Cake. The texture was created by brushing the fondant with piping gel and patting on sugar crystals to give it the bling effect. The broaches are fondant.
