This Fancy Nancy cake was made for a 4th birthday. The cake is buttercream with fondant accents. The butterflies are royal icing and the crown and bow as well as the shoes make up are fondant or gumpaste. The necklace is gumballs and the purse is rice krispies covered in fondant.
