This was my 2nd doll cake with MMF, I made the bodice out of fondant, but some people I found, use a Wilton doll pic and take the arms, and head off, then cover it with fondant. I liked the idea of making it 100% eddible . This is a vanilla cake and fondant over buttercreme icing.
