This one was a little tricky, its yellow cake covered with fondant. Head is RKT covered fondant. Tail feathers gum paste and air brushed. The two legs are 1/2" dowels screwed to base and other end screwed to a top plate. From top plate down to dowels is stryo foam, then covered with fondant feathers. Cake is on top plate and more fondant feathers.
