Cake was a 2 layer white cake with buttercream. Palm tree was formed with fondant on a bamboo skewer (trunk) and fondant with floral wire (leaves). Beach ball was a fondant covered large lemonhead. Water is colored Wilton clear gel. Sand was brown sugar. Bottom of cake was rimmed with fondant shells as this was a last minute add on or it would have been chocolate.
