I made this cake for my husbands birthday. He is obsessed with Angry Birds. I made the birds, pigs, blocks and small pieces our of fondant. The dark brown platform and walls are cereal treats covered in chocolate. The cake is lemon pound cake with a raspberry filling and covered in butter cream icing.
