I made this cake for my Nanny and Papa's 50th anniversary. It is half carrot cake with cream cheese filling and half chocolate with a fudgy chocolately and smashed up oreos filling. Don't be decieved by the picture, it is a monster. All buttercream iced with gumpaste roses and fondant swags.
