Sugar cookies with coconut flavored icing. Just did these for fun but will probably give them to my daughters college basketball team when they come to town this weekend. I had fun doing these. Tip: refrigerate cookie dough, roll out on parchment paper when chilled, place dough on paper on cookie sheet and place in freezer for 5-10 minutes till dough is good and firm, then cut the shapes with cookie cutters. This helps retain shape of the cookie before baking. Good Luck !
