Large cake is rich fruit cake. Cup cakes are Red velvet with white choc mint butter cream and carrot cakes with cinnamon butter cream. Gum paste poinsettias. White choc snow flakes. Stands are up turned candle holders with mini Christmas lights inside. Didn't have chance to get any good pics of the finished display but you get the idea. TFL
