These were made for two of my friends as a going away gift--they're teaching English in South Korea for a year. I combined yellow cake with chocolate filling and a vanilla buttercream for a truly sweet treat! Using the 1M Wilton tip, I made a traditional swirl, two-toned it red and blue with some of the white still peeking through, and lined the ridges with black dots to represent the South Korean flag. To make them extra pretty, I wrapped them with black lace, ready-made Wilton cupcake holders. =]
