I made this cake for my grandson's 3rd birthday. He just loves Cookie Monster! I used the Cookie Monster pan obviously and made a yellow cake and I added chocolate chips to the cake mix. I used Wilton Royal Blue color for the fur using my favorite tip, the #233 tip.

The cupcakes were also made with a yellow cake that I added chocolate chips to. I used mini chocolate chips on the tops to make them look like cookies.
