Mermaid under the sea birthday cake. The mermaid was made out fondant. The treasure chest was a small cake, covered in chocolate fondant/gumpaste and gray fondant/gumpaste and the brown parts of the chest were airbrushed with bronze sheen. The coins were made out of small pieces of fondant, and airbrushed gold. The coral, sea plants, crab, and octopus were all made out of fondant/gumpaste.
