Christmas cake commissioned for a Government Department holiday potluck - 9 inch white butter cake filled with fresh raspberry mousse and decorated with a vanilla whipped buttercream. Snowman, trees and polka dots are all hand-piped chocolate. Trees are brushed with green luster dust and top of cake was sprinked with edible glitter.
