Made for my Sister-in-law's birthday. She had dinner at a New Orleans style restaurant and my brother wanted a Mardi Gras style cake. It was a very busy weekend, so I only had the day of to work on this...there's so much more I would have liked to do to it! Chocolate cake with ganache and raspberry filling, covered in buttercream. Fondant accents, and gumpaste mask, all hand painted. Piping gel was used for the gold 30 and around the mask. TFL!
