2 layer cake w/ top layer covered in buttercream. The second layer is covered in mm fondant w/ painted silver fondant hearts. The crown is made out of a fondant/ gum paste mixture. The bow and ribbon were made of fondant and dusted with pearl dust. thank you to all of the many ideas from this site.
