This is cookie cake I did for my nephew's 6th birthday. He is really into Monster Trucks and wanted a cookie and not cake. The cookie is refridgerated dough pressed into pizza pan and decorated in icing. Should have done the "Happy Birthday" the other way but oh well. Thanks for looking!
