Dark chocolate cake with hints of mocha and mint. Four layers separated by vanilla/mint buttercream, covered in pink and black vanilla flavored fondant. Decorated with edible pearl dragees and royal icing roses, as well as more vanilla buttercream accents. Balls of fondant on bottom of cake are hand rolled. All dusted in shimmer dust of pearl and pink. The "18" is hand-piped melting chocolate covered in sugar crystals.
