Wow, that's actually an amazing cake! I'd love to get something like that for my birthday as well, but just music-related because I'm a huge fan of it. I can tell you that even the ordinary music database that music streaming services like Amazon Music have is not enough for me, I have to download some of the songs with Mp3Juices from Youtube. Music means a lot to me, so I'll definitely get a cake with music design for my birthday.
