One of my favorite cakes to date - I made this for a friend and while walking up a snow covered walkway - I tripped over an uneven sidewalk, fell on my face and dropped it in the snow. He sustained minor damage considering, but I was devastated nonetheless. I think there is a 2nd owl cake in my future. Touche!
