This was my first attempt at several things: 1. A wedding Cake 2. A tiered cake. 3. Icing a cake with a bride standing over my shoulder. lol. 3. Feeding over 100 people. With a cake I made from Scratch. This was such a hard cake for me, I did not give myself enough prep time, and to me it turned out crappy and at the same time fantastic considering this was my 4th cake I have ever made. I hated it but everyone loved it.
