The base cake is traditional fruit cake and the mountain peaks are a square carrot cake cut in half. Trees, I rolled from green fondant into shape and snipped with fine scissors (a lot easier than piping) The snow is made from Sno Cream (Dirty Icing) and was sprinkled all over with edible glitter.
