This is my very first 3d sculpted motorcycle cake, it has a custom made support system out of wood. the Bike itself from gas tank down is cake , vanilla cake about 3 full sheet worth, and then the front wheel is Styrofoam, the bike has multiple layers of fondant on it for shape and detail work, the realistic paint work is airbrushed on and then pine stripped with food colour. the whole thing was about 80lbs plus and was nearly 30 inches in length, and took close to 25 hours to create from start to finish.
