This was for an annual Family Scouting Camp Out that takes places in the brushy upper dessert of AZ. Its a White Almond Sour Cream Cake with a Cheesecake Filling & Chocolate Buttercream Frosting. All decorations are made of MFF fondant, except for the green stuff (royal icing), the blue water (tinted piping gel), the rocks (buttercream) and the form for the tent (graham crackers). Thanks to KathysCC & tinygoose for the wonderful cakes they made that helped me out!
