An Aussie girl married a Scots man she met while backpacking around Europe. Hatbox- traditional fruit cake, two cakes stacked and then fondant covered. Suit cases are, white chocolate mud and dark chocolate mud cakes laced with Baileys Irish cream. This is the first wedding cake I ever stacked, and the second cake I ever made, talk about nervous. I've improved on the stacking of cakes since, but it had to travel unassembled because the event was 3hrs from my home. I still like this one because they are my first characters.
