this cake was for a photo shoot for 3 year old twins celebrating their birthday. they called me to place their "emergency" order at 11 pm and needed it to be ready for 12:15 the next afternoon. I couldn't even get out to my supplier to buy more fondant or gel coloring until 10:00 am when they opened. talk about pressure. not perfect, but im pretty happy considering the stress and short time involved!
