I made this cake for my cousin's 14th birthday! She wanted a Paul Frank cake with the color blue. Luckily, my cousin loved the cake! :) The cakes are covered with marzipan and most of the decorations are made out of fondant. I got some inspiration for the cake from Annet18's Paul Frank cake.
