I did not get a good picture of this cake. This background and flourescent lighting here are not doing much for the photo. This was for the visitation at a dear friend who died of cancer. She was Filipino and had a great devotion to Mary, and had a statue of Our Lady of Fatima in her home. She wanted a cake like this and asked me to save it to make at a very special time when everyone was together. I think she meant this. The Blessed Mary and the cherry blossoms are gumpaste, rosary is MMF, with cross and center piece of rosary in gumpaste. I didn't take the photo when it was at home, i was just overwhelmed with everything at the time and didn't think to do it. I wish i had now, but this was the best i could do.
