The Turkey is made of rice Krispy treats covered in modeling chocolate and gumpaste. The cake is 9' french vanilla with pumpkin spice cheesecake filling, hazelnut vanilla buttercrean frosting covered in fondant. I hand painted the barrel and the leaves are made of fondant.
