Made for the Birthday of a Country Music Singing, Drag Racing, Senior... (Senior Citizen that is...) I got an order to make a drag racing cake for PJ Jones Birthday. She has a Slant 6 Dodge Demon that she races along with her husband (and his Dodge Demon). It made me smile to get an order for an older woman that obviously knows how to have fun. Her music is "old school" country.. (at least to my contemporary ears).
