for a freind of ours who love the eagles foot ball team. choc cake w/bavarian cream & crushed oreo's for the filling,iced in buttercream and rkt helmet & football covered in fondant,choc wings. the mouse in back was just a toy with dallas cowboy fondant jersey as a joke because my husband likes the cowboys.
