Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese filling and Vanilla Butter Cream Icing. The body is a Barbie that I cut the head and arms off and sanded down. Then covered in black fondant. The dress and pearls are piped on with butter cream (It was hard to get it very smooth, I should have used fondant for the bodice also, but I wanted it the same 'look and texture' as the wedding gown.) I'm still working on my photography..honestly..I'm normally really tired when I'm done with a cake. The sun set by the time I finished this cake and I lost my natural light
