For a 2 yr old. Her parents decided to have a "Little Monster" themed party (probably appropriate for a 2 yr old Ü) Frosted in buttercream and decorated with fondant accents. The top tier is chocolate cake with pistacio filling and the bottom tier is vanilla cake with cookies and cream filling. TFL!
