This was a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing and a white chocolate bow. It was a total nightmare! Got it all done and sitting on the table when my DH came out of the kitchen and asked me why it looked like the Grand Canyon? I ran into the kithen to find it had a huge crack from one side to the other! After a brief panic attack, I scrapped all the icing off and craved more off it and reiced. It turn out but it's not at all what it stated out to be...Anyways...TFL
