For my cousin's wedding. This was one of those cake disasters!! I drove 6 hrs with frozen cakes and tried to make it in the hotel room. The indoor pool was right outside our room. The air out there was broken so the humidity was riduculous. The cake just kept falling apart. It was white cake so it wasn't very sturdy anyway. It was supposed to be 4 tiers but ended up being 3 tiers and the bottom is styrofoam. Thank God for sheet cakes (and styrofoam)!!
