This was my first wedding cake. 200 cupcakes and 6 inch topper cake. 100 almond and 100 toasted coconut, all with chocolate ganache icing and pink, white and gold pansies. Topper is toasted coconut with chocolate ganache, covered with marshmallow fondant decorations and buttercream dots. I was pleased with how it turned out, but don't know if I'll ever do another wedding. Way too stressful!!
